There are five pillars of soul/spirits that must be owned and must be held
firmly by students while living in the pesantren and outside the pesantren.
The 5 Spirits of Islamic Boarding School
1. Sincerity
The teachers who teach at the pesantren must be sincere in guiding and
teaching the students at the boarding school
Also on the contrary, the students must also be sincere in being taught and
educated by their teachers at the pesantren.
Doing with everything expect the pleasure of Allah
Subhanahu wa ta'ala
2. Simplicity
The meaning of simplicity here does not mean inadequate or inadequate, but
not too much in appearance and lifestyle
The most important in the meaning of this simplicity is sufficient for all
the necessities and necessities
3. Self-help
The meaning of independent is standing on one's own feet, or in short,
independent
The meaning of the meaning of being independent does not mean that the
boarding schools and students are able to do everything themselves, but
rather depend on not depending on compassion or donations from other
parties.
Islamic boarding schools are assisted because they are not able to afford

4. Ukhwah Islamiyyah (Islamic Brotherhood)
Ukhwah Islamiyyah is built by itself so that there are no walls blocking
